I’m Bobby Adamson. I created The Student Hustle because I am a young person, still in school, trying to destroy it. I’m finding my groove, but I used to be lost.

There are lots of smart, motivated students who have cool dreams and ideas. But a lack of experience means young people may not have the skills necessary to make them come true.

I wanted to create a place where I could share the things I’ve learned while I’ve been hustling, and allow others to do the same (if you’re interested in guest posting please email me here!)

Being students and young people, we may not have the experience that some of our heroes might. But we all have pieces to the puzzle. The Student Hustle is a place to share knowledge and be more successful.

About Bobby

I’m a 21-year-old creative and college student at the University of Missouri with a BOAT LOAD OF PERSONALITY! I’ve been hustling to some extent for as long as I can remember. When I was 14 I did odd-jobs around construction sites 40 hours a week over the summer. In high school I held two jobs and was in bands non-stop. I taught myself how to play guitar and have been playing for nearly a decade now. I have been doing freelance design and web development for 5 years. You can find my portfolio site at http://www.bobbyadamson.com/.

I’ve had half a dozen internships, taught courses for the Columbia Public School district, and now work at Lift Division. I’m extremely fortunate to have found the opportunities I have and I want to help others realize they can do the same.
